1. Order Processing
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Order Modifications: If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Once your order has been processed and shipped, we cannot make changes.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer various shipping options, including standard and expedited shipping.
Delivery Estimates: Delivery times depend on your location and chosen shipping method. Below are the estimated delivery times:
Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, carrier delays, and customs processing (for international shipments).
3. Shipping Destinations
Domestic Shipping: We offer shipping within Canada and to the contiguous United States.
International Shipping: We ship to select international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary based on the destination.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track your order through the carrier’s website.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International Orders: Lingua Nova Trade, MB is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If your shipment is significantly delayed, we will contact you via email or phone.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
Lost Shipments: If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to locate your order.
Damaged Shipments: In case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Lingua Nova Trade offers a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 25 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team using the “Submit issue” form and provide a clear photo showing the issue.
